“After three decades of developing and applying business revitalization programs in large corporations, I decided to bring together the experience and knowledge I had gained and tailor them for application in a range of businesses and projects across various market segments and at different stages of maturity. Thus, in 2015, Solvia and the methodologies I developed, <\/span>SolviBiz<\/b> and <\/span>Solv.IA<\/b>, were born.<\/span><\/p>\n

Using <\/span>SolviBiz<\/b> and <\/span>Solv.IA<\/b>, I help entrepreneurs, managers, and investors steer their businesses and projects toward sustainable growth through innovation. In other words, my business is to take care of your business!<\/span><\/p>\n

From the start, I have applied these methodologies to businesses and projects as diverse as healthcare, e-commerce, technology, education, industry, and energy, as well as organizations at different maturity stages (from start-ups to large multinational corporations).<\/span><\/p>\n

Welter Benicio <\/b>is an electrical and petroleum engineer, holds a master\u2019s degree in administration (FGV), a master\u2019s degree in economics (FGV), and is a specialist in AI from MIT. He is certified by NABCEP (North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners) in photovoltaic energy and serves as a mentor to postgraduate students in administration at FGV-EAESP. He has held roles such as Operations Manager at Petrobras, Business Unit Director at Asea Brown Boveri, COO and CEO of Vetco Gray in Brazil, Latin America Director at General Electric, Division CEO at Siemens Brazil, and CEO and partner at Somma.ai. He writes articles for magazines and blogs on topics such as social responsibility, strategy, leadership, management, entrepreneurship, innovation, investments, renewable energy, and sustainability. He is the author of the fiction book <\/span>Ninety Days<\/b>, published and presented at the S\u00e3o Paulo Book Biennial in 2024, and the book on the management of dental clinics and practices, <\/span>Dentistry Is My Business<\/b>, published in electronic format in 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n
