We are approaching the end of the IBGC (Brazilian Institute for Corporate Governance) course on Board Membership, class #86. In this program we have had the opportunity to exchange knowledge and experience with the instructors and colleagues. This exchange has provided the basis for reflexions and insights that will enrich the participation of the group in company boards.
