We just ended one more phase of the work for Sigma – Tratamento de Águas Ltda. Sigma manufactures and supplies water treatment equipment for the utility companies and EPC contractors. In the last 8 months we have helped the company to implement a short/mid term financial planning, to implement programs aiming at the adoption of MRP and to adopt practices to improve safety in the shop floor.
